While ULTIQA does not claim ownership of any images, videos, or content shared through these platforms. However, by posting to our official channels or tagging @ultiqahotelsandresorts or #ULTIQAMoments you hereby grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, and perpetual license to use, modify, delete, add to, publicly display, and/or reproduce your UGC without limitation across any online media formats or social media channels, including this website. This includes but is not limited to social media, newsletters, websites, print materials, and digital paid advertising.
By submitting your content, you confirm:
- You own the rights to the submitted content and have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals featured.
- Your content may be used for commercial purposes, including digital paid campaigns.
